One infographic from dma that caught my eye, that I thought I would share, was about customer loyalty. I have always been fascinated with psychology of buyer behaviour as the better you understand the customer the more effective your marketing becomes.
Customer loyalty is the CEO’s dream. Customers buying your brand without hesitation, regularly and willing to pay more.
But what do we actually mean by customer loyalty, and are all customers all loyal equally…, I think not.
